I'm about to embark on a six week phsyical challenge with ex-military fitness trainer, Geoff Quinsee. He's just amazing but I know it's going to hurt a lot. What's your physical passion? Do you like hiking, mountain climbing, sports, swimming, snorkeling, or just spectating? Post and tell all.
