I see that your passion is health and exercise. I'm working myself up to that! I used to be a professional dancer but since having children I've found that exercise and body fat control have flown out the window. I'm about to start a Commando Kick Butt Challenge in a fortnight. Wish me luck, cause I know it's going to hurt! Geoff, our physical trainer, is ex-military and used to train the new recruits who were not up to speed. Will be interesting to see how he goes with a pack of overweight women. :)
